Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy is applicable for 14 days from when you receive your order.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes any items that have been worn and/or washed clothing of any type, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies and bows.

 Our return policy is in line with the Consumer Affairs and under the Fair Trade Authority

RETURNS (if applicable)

We only offer exchange or credit for change of mind purchases (this includes incorrect size or colour). Any exchange or credits must be made prior to the order being shipped.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We do not issue refunds for any change of mind purchases. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving item if it is faulty via email

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • the item is faulty and is by no fault of your own

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • you have incorrectly provided the wrong address. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order
